Sauna bathing session with Egle (for groups)

Sauna bathing sessions became a part of my life when I was seeking more of a personal growth. I remember that day when my colleagues were delivering a sauna to Asalnai campsite (place where I work) and it became clear to me this was the thing I wanted to learn more about. In 2022 I graduated from Perkunija steam bath school. I offer rituals to groups as well as individuals at Asalnai bath, on the lake shore. I can also adjust the session depending on your needs and intentions as well as come over to your own sauna (if it’s a suitable one).

I strongly believe that all the connections we make through the Nature are unique and special. In order to strengthen them, during my sessions I use a lot of different plants and natural products and gather people by a fireplace by inviting them to enjoy some freshly made organic food.

I always seek to create a cozy and safe atmosphere in the sauna, so everyone could feel free to open up to themselves and spend some quality time to embrace solitude. People say that there are many things happening during the session and that usually they can feel the changes not only in their bodies, mind but in their daily life too. My main intention after you participate in my sauna ritual is to make you feel refreshed and in the best case – reborn.
